DF-20 Strapping Machine
The Strapping Machine can use 6mm, 9mm, 12mm strapping. It has an audible
cycle alert safety signal (ACASS) system. Minimal maintenance and
lubrication is required. Equipped with a hinged table top and adjustable
legs for greater accessibility and versatility.
The Strapping Machine has an ejector finger in the welding head, which allows for runs where extremely low levels of tension are required, automatically detecting and correcting strap problems; and insuring reliability and jam free operations. It has a speed cycle of 50 per minute. It has an auto-bundle sensor, which senses heigh and adjusts tension within range.
The Strapping Machine has a speed cycle of 30 per minute. It features a quick warm up heater that reaches temperature in about 25 seconds. The factory lubricated head requires no additional lubrication which reduces down time and maintenance costs.
